Melissa grew up on a dairy farm in Alma, WI and loves baby calves! She currently lives in Hudson.

Melissa is a graduate from Winona State University, where she earned a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science. Melissa is passionate about health and wellness and is continuously learning to allow her to better serve our patients needs. She is certified in Exercise Rehabilitation and is currently working towards her Personal Training Certification.

While not working, Melissa enjoys time with family and friends, reading, working out, outdoor activities and traveling whenever possible. You will find her watching a season of Friends from time to time, as it is the greatest TV show of all time. Her favorite quote is “Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live.”
