Back On Trac Spinal Decompression - HealthMax Chiropractic

What It Is

Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression in Hudson, WI

Back On Trac is a gentle, motorized spinal decompression system that stretches the spine, joints, and surrounding muscles safely, with no restraints or belts involved. It's a non-surgical option for disc-related back pain and neck pain, designed to take pressure off damaged or irritated discs so your body can begin to heal.

Decompression rarely stands alone. At HealthMax Chiropractic of Hudson, it's typically paired with chiropractic adjustments to restore normal joint motion, targeted therapies to calm pain and inflammation, and specific exercises to strengthen and stabilize your spine, so the relief actually holds instead of fading after a few days.

Who It Helps

Conditions We Treat With Spinal Decompression

If any of these sound familiar, decompression therapy may be part of the right plan for you.

Pinched nerve — compression causing pain, numbness, or tingling
Degenerative disc disease — natural wear and tear over time
Bulging disc — the cushion between vertebrae pushes outward
Herniated disc — disc material presses on a nearby nerve
Sciatica — irritation of the sciatic nerve
Spinal stenosis — narrowing of the canal around the spinal cord

What To Expect

Care Built Around Your Recovery

Whether you're dealing with a sudden flare-up or chronic low back pain that's stuck around for months, decompression works for both acute and long-standing cases.

Our team combines Back On Trac decompression with chiropractic adjustments to realign the spine and relieve pressure on the nervous system, so your body has the best possible conditions to heal. Sessions typically run about 10 minutes and are done seated, with no straps or restraints involved.
