Celebrating 4 years!!!! 4 year ago… I started my health journey. Never could I have imagined the progress and the impact of changing my own life could have!! I am so excited to recap of the last few years. I opened HealthMax in February of 2015, and I was excited!!! I had finally got my clinic, in the community that I have wanted to be a part of for so long… life was getting going! But the summer of 2015 I could not even handle looking at myself in the mirror. I was building my business and meeting new people every single day, and yet I would go home and hate what I saw and how I felt. How can a “leader” in the health and wellness field be so overweight and unhealthy? I had to make a change. We brought Healthmax Weight Loss Center to Hudson and to HealthMax and started it with me! I knew if it was going to work for others, it had to start with me. I started my journey on September 9th of 2015, and that was also the last day I had a Diet Coke. (Yuck diet coke…. Devils juice)
I have said this a thousand times… weight loss is NOT easy… but what we are trying to do for people is help them realize that healthy living takes choices that are made one day at a time. It is not a sprint… it’s a journey. This is NOT a diet, this program is a lifestyle choice. It is not for everyone, but those who have come aboard with us, are getting fantastic results. We do not have magic pill, this program is for people who honestly need to make a change of their HABITS. This is the only way it will be a LIFESTYLE change and you will then get life long changes to your weight, your mind and body! Now will there be ups and downs… absolutely But we are here to help!
The basics of this program is that it’s real; real life, real food, real support. We are educating you on what to eat, quality and quantity of food and plan ahead.
